At Fleur & Faux, we take pride in providing high-quality, beautifully designed faux floral arrangements to make your event unforgettable. To ensure a smooth rental experience for all our clients, please review our rental policies below.

Service Area & Delivery Fees

We proudly serve Edmonton and surrounding areas.

Edmonton & Area:
Rentals in this region do not incur any additional delivery or pickup fees.

Outside the Edmonton Area:
Deliveries beyond 50 km from Edmonton will be subject to an additional delivery fee, which varies depending on distance and order size.

Calgary & Surrounding Area:
Rentals in Calgary and the surrounding region are available with an additional delivery and service fee to cover transportation and logistics.

Please contact us for a custom quote if you’re outside the Edmonton area — we’ll always do our best to accommodate your event location!

Booking & Payment

We highly recommend, booking your rentals 3-6 months prior to your date to ensure availability. 

If you are looking to book flowers within 1 month of your event, please send us a message as we usually require a minimum of 8-12 weeks to prepare all flowers for a wedding, but we will do our best to accommodate all requests!

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your order and event date.

The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event.

Orders are not considered confirmed until the deposit and signed contract has been received.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made less than 90 days before the event are non-refundable.
We allocate materials and plan your order well in advance to ensure everything is perfect for your day.

Rescheduling may be possible depending on product availability for your new date. If you need to reschedule, please reach out to us as soon as possible to discuss your options.

Rental Period & Returns

Standard rentals include delivery prior to your event and pickup after the event on the agreed-upon dates.

Rentals are only for one day, please reach out to us directly if you require rentals for multiple days and we can provide you with a custom quote. 

Damages & Replacement Fees

All items are inspected before and after each rental. Clients are responsible for any loss or damage to rental items while in their possession.

If an item is damaged beyond repair or not returned, replacement fees will be charged at full retail value.

Custom Orders

Custom-designed arrangements are available and will be quoted separately. Please note that custom projects may require additional materials and time and therefore come with a higher price point than standard rentals.
